• Manage ticketing and produce sales statistics • Revise layouts and write texts for processes in the customer journey • Brief and coordinate the AV network • Manage barter partners • Identify and recruit specialist visitors and conduct analyses and measure evaluations • Maintain and organize databases; perform research, e.g., for new exhibitors • Independently create target-group-oriented mailings • Coordinate market research • Manage assigned exhibition space in the trade fair halls (associations – acquisition/organization) • Support accompanying events • Assist with website maintenance • Serve as point of contact for data protection/privacy matters • Onboard and supervise trainees involved in room rental • Provide briefings regarding furnishing and equipment of rooms and seminar areas • Support project management with cost calculations and the preparation of presentations • Contribute to the conceptual development of a new event on the topic of Digital Health
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree with a focus on business administration or communications, or comparable qualification, or several years of relevant professional experience • Language skills: German (native level), English (business fluent) • IT skills: strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel • Desirable: experience in event organization
