📋 Description

• You identify new trends. • You coordinate projects related to innovation. • You support the development of new products or processes. • You ensure that innovations are implemented efficiently. • You work closely with our specialist departments. • You research and evaluate current market trends for our corporate strategy. • You prepare internal data and technical topics in a clear and accessible way. • You actively participate in idea generation and evaluation. • You prepare innovation project proposals and decision documents. • You coordinate activities, meetings and communication on innovation topics. • You network with strategic contacts and report on innovations internally and externally.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business or IT (e.g., (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration) or a comparable professional qualification — motivation is what matters. • Ideally, practical experience in information security or IT management and several years of professional experience. • Comfortable working with data and knowledge and enjoy conveying knowledge. • Driven to engage with complex subject areas and to find pragmatic solutions. • Confident command of the German language, both written and spoken.
