📋 Description

• LEAD the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial hypothesis based on deep industry and function know-how through convergence on a solution. • ENSURE that recommendations are bold, practical, relevant and cohesive. • Manages project leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization) or with industry experience from a strategy department or in-house consulting. • In-depth knowledge of the Retail & Consumer Goods industry. • A strong background in strategic problem solving. • Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings. • Willingness to travel part of the working week. • Know-how to take the initiative, seek out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to great use. • An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program. • Fluent in German and English.
