📋 Description

• Management and coordination of service providers in the property/real estate area. • Participation in contract drafting, e.g., purchase and usage agreements, as well as the administration and maintenance of land rights. • Responsibility for interfaces between internal departments and external partners during coordination processes for encumbrances/security interests along planned route alignments. • Support in the preparation of approval/permits documentation under NABEG for linear infrastructure projects. • Assistance in obtaining access permits for preparatory measures such as geotechnical/site investigations, mapping/surveys, or archaeological prospections.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in agricultural or forestry sciences, surveying, real estate, economics, or law. • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role in the property/real estate sector. • Solid knowledge of utility easement and property law as well as experience with the land cadastre/cadastral register. • Structured and independent working style, strong assertiveness, high team orientation, and a professional, reliable manner. • Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B2), both written and spoken. • Valid driving licence (Class B).
