📋 Description

• Experience software development and IT consulting first-hand and apply your knowledge in real projects. • During the 3-year program, you will complete academic phases at DHBW Stuttgart and practical phases at Capgemini in Stuttgart. • Take responsibility for your own tasks in software development within projects for a leading automotive manufacturer. • Gain knowledge in areas such as programming, web development, tooling, cloud technologies and collaboration in international teams (Rightshoring). • You will be assigned a training supervisor as a mentor for the duration of your studies to support your professional and personal development. • Receive additional internal training, for example a three-week Welcome Academy together with your entire Capgemini cohort before the start of the dual program in October 2026.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a good school leaving qualification qualifying for university entrance (e.g., Abitur) or for universities of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife). • You have strong mathematics skills. • You are passionate about technical innovations and the automotive industry. • You are interested in IT and logical relationships. • You can think analytically and enjoy solving complex problems. • You enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills. • You have good English skills. • You contribute your own ideas.
