📋 Description

• Independently handle and qualify incoming leads across various channels • Conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, and close contracts • Manage and further develop existing customer relationships in coordination with the General Manager • Attend customer events and networking functions to generate leads • Work closely with Key Account Management and support sales strategies • Maintain sales activities in the CRM system and prepare reports

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in inbound sales, ideally with experience at Design Offices • Excellent market and competitor knowledge and a strong sense for trends • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a closing-oriented mindset • A self-driven, structured, and results-oriented working style • Confident use of CRM systems and willingness to travel occasionally for business or attend events
