📋 Description

• You independently create and update test plans. • You coordinate all safety‑critical testing activities related to functional safety. • You document all safety‑critical testing activities completely and in accordance with applicable standards. • You manage test activities across all test levels together with internal and external safety engineers and service providers. • You evaluate test strategies and test concepts and derive the test planning from them. • You assess test results independently and take responsibility for proactive defect management, including reporting. • You support audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO 26262 processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable qualification. • Relevant professional experience with ISO 26262 processes and in the development of drive systems. • Quick comprehension, a structured and responsible working style, and strong communication and teamwork skills. • Desirable: personal certification under ISO 26262, ISO/IEC 15288 (Systems Engineering) or ISO 15504 (SPICE). • Basic knowledge of agile software development (e.g., SAFe) and ideally an ISTQB personal certification. • Willingness to travel (domestic and international) and a valid driving license including driving authorization level T1. • Proficient German and English skills, both written and spoken.
