📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day business operations • Develop and grow your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Conduct shop performance and profitability analyses • Actively engage in sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in retail or business administration) • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail; store management experience desirable • Strong numerical aptitude and commercial/business mindset • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
