📋 Description

• Planning, support and follow-up of seminars and events (both on-site and online) • Coordination of the rental of our seminar rooms in Stuttgart • Telephone and written communication with trainers and clients • Preparation and processing of invoices and contracts, and analysis of feedback • Regular analysis of relevant KPIs and maintenance of internal controlling tools • General commercial, administrative and organizational tasks

• Enjoys working in a team • Reliability • Strong organizational skills • Strong customer-service orientation • Proficient in MS Office applications • Reliable, independent and structured way of working • Comfortable working with various systems • Strong communication skills • Conflict-resolution skills • Sense of humor
