📋 Description
• Provide professional customer consultations on our product range • Analyze the counter's sales figures • Coordinate counter events and promotions • Manage staff scheduling, vacation planning, product availability and merchandising • Actively represent and promote the company's values and philosophy
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant counter experience in the beauty or fashion sector • Strong understanding of and interest in numbers, data and facts • Passionate, proactive and persuasive personality in sales • Team player with initial leadership experience • Fluent German for professional customer consultations
