📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the food & beverage locations at Stuttgart Airport • Strategic management: development of site-specific business strategies, budget planning, performance management • Leadership & team development: leading a management team, developing talent, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability • Operational excellence: ensuring smooth operations, compliance with legal requirements and company standards • Communication & interface management: close cooperation with HR, Finance and Quality Management • Site development: identifying market and guest trends and developing measures to improve offerings, processes and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Solid leadership experience in a comparable role – e.g., as General Manager, Multi-Unit Manager or Site Manager in branded/corporate gastronomy, retail or the service industry • Experienced in managing complex operational structures and leading multiple teams simultaneously – decisive, present and results-oriented • Business administration qualification or degree with comprehensive know‑how in budget planning, controlling and process optimization • Comfortable using numbers as a tool for strategic decisions – analyzing, deriving actions and steering the site based on relevant KPIs • Entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented approach • Ability to set priorities, make timely decisions and continuously develop processes, results and teams • Clear, empathetic and motivating leadership style • Track record in developing people, professional conflict management and viewing change as an opportunity • Flexibility, resilience and on-site presence • Ideally, experience working with central functions such as HR, Procurement, Quality Management or Finance
