• Deploy and manage applications in Docker/Containers environments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy applications on Azure. • Provide Remote Customer Support while deploying New/Existing Cameras within Field Environments. • Proactively troubleshoot software issues affecting camera operations. • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices. • Work with Field Technicians via Cell phone interactions/remote IM for all maintenance camera activities. • Will be expected to be working within an On-call work/rotation providing support during standard working hours. • On-call rotation during weekends and US holidays may be applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field demonstrating strong software development skills • Experience in Linux systems combined with IoT devices and/or Edge Gateways. • Experience working with at least one of the following Azure, Python and/or Docker (to manage containerized applications) • Experience in Customer Support and strong troubleshooting skills • Understanding of software development principles and agile methodologies • Advanced English Communication • On call support will be required 1-2 weekends per month
