📋 Description

• Join our People & Technology team as a Senior Workday Consultant (m/f/d) within Package Based Services (PBS). • Design and optimize HR processes for our clients using Workday. • Collaborate with the team to ensure client requirements are met promptly and efficiently. • Use your expertise to design robust, sustainable solutions and oversee configuration through to go-live. • Advise clients on Workday and take responsibility for implementation, support, and ongoing development of Workday solutions, including readiness workshops, process workshops, configuration, testing, etc. • Help clients optimize their Workday processes and provide recommendations for improvement. • Deliver training and provide support on processes and functionality. • Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the team. • Actively participate in building the team in Germany and in onboarding and mentoring new colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, e.g. in Computer Science, Psychology, HR Management, or a related field • At least 2 years of experience with Workday implementations, including configuration, reporting, data conversion, or integrations • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team • Excellent German and English language skills • Willingness to travel as required
