📋 Description

• Identifying and developing new customer opportunities • Building relationships with finance leaders • Leading the full sales process from discovery through to contract • Developing business cases and guiding finance teams through transformation initiatives • Expanding the Pacera footprint in the market

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Finance SaaS/FP&A experience • Strong pipeline builder who does not wait for leads but actively creates opportunities • Excellent at building social equity with CFO organisations and finance leaders • High energy, proactive and naturally curious about customer challenges • Solutions-driven mindset, always focused on moving deals forward • Comfortable operating in complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders • Competitive personality with strong internal drive to win new business • Resilient and persistent when navigating sales cycles or procurement processes • Commercially sharp and capable of building compelling business cases • Strong communicator who builds credibility quickly with senior stakeholders • Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with BDRs, marketing and product teams to drive momentum • Candidates should ideally come from organisations selling finance, performance management, consolidation or related finance technology solutions
