📋 Description

• Set up paid Facebook advertising campaigns for all missions in an Area and optimize ad effectiveness • Create targeted audiences and optimize campaigns for leads, cost per lead, and key indicator outcomes • Localize static ads and collaborate with social media leaders and content creators to develop localized high-intent ads • Help missionaries create selfie videos and other localized video content • Adapt successful advertising strategies with Finding Support Center ad specialists and assist with video editing • Train social media leaders and referral secretaries on first-contact, media referrals, mission/zone pages, message ads, and personal-profile finding best practices • Review mission ad-performance data and identify improvement opportunities • Support Area Mission Specialists with information, training, and solutions for local social media issues • Coordinate with Area Mission Specialists on mission outcomes and needs • Collaborate with the Worldwide Finding team on best practices, outcomes, goals, pilots, and other efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a returned missionary • Currently enrolled in post-secondary studies • Experience in Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite • Successful experience using Facebook Pages and Personal Profile for finding leads • Proven experience completing complex projects requiring multilateral support, training, and coordination across different languages and cultures • Reliable computer • Stable high-speed internet connection • Professional, distraction-free remote work environment • Preferred: Experience creating paid advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager
