📋 Description

• Be the main contact for OTC clients and manage communication and quoting through chat channels • Supervise and support junior desk staff who handle daily quoting • Act as the go-to person for management on everything happening on the desk • Build and grow relationships with counterparties such as brokerages, treasury desks, payment providers, and fintechs • Keep the desk process running smoothly and reliably during Southeast Asian trading hours

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing sales or relationship role in finance, for example at a brokerage or on a bank's treasury or brokerage desk • Strong communication skills and comfort managing client relationships from start to finish • A good understanding of financial products and how trading and execution work • Ability to work hours that match Southeast Asian markets • Organized and dependable, with the ability to take ownership of a process and the people running it • Experience with crypto, digital assets, or FX (nice to have) • A technical or trading background (nice to have)
