📋 Description

• Defining product vision and roadmap based on customer needs, SEO trends, and competitive analysis. • Collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features that drive user adoption and retention. • Leading cross-functional planning to ensure on-time delivery and alignment across stakeholders. • Partnering with support and growth teams to ensure product-market fit and measurable outcomes. • Conducting user research, gathering feedback, and analyzing usage data to inform product decisions. • Leading customer onboarding and experience improvements during our SaaS transition. • Implementing product analytics tools to track engagement, retention, and feature adoption. • Working closely with the customer support and success teams to identify pain points and continuously improve user satisfaction. • Keeping abreast of changes in SEO practices, search engine algorithms, and the WordPress ecosystem. • Creating clear, concise product requirement documents (PRDs) that align with business goals. • Championing a culture of experimentation and continuous learning through A/B testing and feedback loops.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with WordPress or SEO-related products. • Proven track record of managing technical products from concept to launch. • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and user needs in the WordPress community. • Experience working on SaaS products, especially within the WordPress or marketing tools space. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms is a plus.
