📋 Description
• Accurately perform day-to-day transactional and administrative processes • Timely completion of fulfillment activities and customer inquiries • Customer focused ongoing communication with current and former employees • Conduct scheduled audits related to regulatory compliance • Participate as a team member in the requirements, design, and testing of new systems
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field • 3 years progressive experience in one (1) or more Total Rewards disciplines • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
