📋 Description
• Ensure disciplined, value-focused execution across the organization's strategic transformation and operational portfolio • Own and continuously elevate enterprise delivery excellence • Lead execution of large, complex, cross-business unit programs • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on delivery risk, sequencing, and execution readiness • Embed value realization discipline across the portfolio
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field • 10 years of increasing responsibility in project/program leadership • 10 years in health plan operations/program management • 10 years of increasing experience providing strategic guidance to leaders and shaping organizations to help achieve goals • 10 years in levering technology to drive outcomes • 10 years of demonstrated experience leading transformation and/or change management • PMP, PgMP, SAFE or similar certification preferred
