📋 Description

• Join our People & Culture team and work at the intersection of human psychology and cutting-edge technology. • Hunt for talent: identify top tech profiles through creative sourcing channels and proactively engage them. • Own the experience: manage the candidate journey and ensure every interaction with smartclip creates a “wow” moment. • Build the network: act as a trusted partner to our hiring managers and support them in finding the ideal match. • Enable AI: evaluate and implement new AI tools to make our recruiting smarter, faster, and more efficient. • Optimize the machine: improve workflows in our ATS (TeamTailor) and establish automations that free up time for what matters most — the people. • Shift the paradigm: support our move toward skills-based hiring frameworks and data-driven decision-making. • Create narratives: develop employer branding initiatives that resonate within the tech community and position us as an employer of choice.

🎯 Requirements

• Academic background: currently studying Psychology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. • First experience: bring initial experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR management — a passion for the tech ecosystem is a strong advantage. • Growth mindset: embrace a steep learning curve, stay tech-savvy, and continuously challenge the status quo. • Winning attitude: be communicative, highly organized, and possess the tenacity needed to succeed in a competitive tech market. • Availability: commit 15–20 hours per week to help build the future of Talent Acquisition with us.
