📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for Domains & Email growth services across the Product Unit • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial performance • Balance quick wins with longer-term strategic investments • Translate business opportunities into clear product requirements for engineering teams • Analyse products and services across brands to understand performance, adoption, and customer value • Identify opportunities to consolidate, retire, improve, or expand offerings • Develop pricing, packaging, and bundling recommendations • Improve the customer journey from onboarding through renewal and retention • Identify friction points and opportunities to increase customer success • Ensure end-of-life and offboarding experiences are handled thoughtfully and professionally • Monitor developments in AI, cybersecurity, identity, trust services, and emerging internet technologies • Collaborate with product, engineering, commercial, marketing, and local brand teams across Europe • Support go-to-market planning and product launches

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Growth, Commercial Product Management, or a similar role • Experience launching, commercialising, and scaling digital products • Strong analytical mindset with experience using customer, product, and commercial data to drive decisions • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Comfortable working across multiple teams, brands, and markets • Curious about technology and motivated to understand how emerging trends create customer value • Strong understanding of small and medium-sized businesses and the challenges they face online • Comfortable experimenting, learning quickly, and adapting based on evidence • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus. • Bonus Points: Experience in domains, hosting, email, SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud services • Experience with pricing, packaging, and portfolio management • Experience bringing AI-powered capabilities into customer-facing products
