📋 Description

• End-to-end sales ownership: managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close. • Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound leads. • Conduct product demos of AccessiWay with a deep understanding of customer needs and tailored solutions. • Build and maintain trusted client relationships with stakeholders from public and private organizations. • Work closely with SDRs, Marketing and internal teams to maximize sales outcomes. • Use the CRM system to structure and manage pipeline, forecasts and daily sales activities. • Monitor trends in digital accessibility, regulations and the market.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in sales roles with responsibility for the full sales cycle. • Strong drive, results orientation and resilience. • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Independent and organized working style in a dynamic environment. • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools. • Native-level German and strong English proficiency. • Experience or knowledge of the DACH market is a plus.
