📋 Description
• Understand key business challenges and opportunities and develop data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives • Collaborate with leadership to define the data science roadmap and priorities • Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models to forecast trends, optimize processes, and drive business outcomes • Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights • Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Advise, build, and continuously improve the data science pipeline for team.blue’s analytics needs • Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and engineers to ensure data solutions meet business requirements • Stay current with trends in data science, AI, and machine learning to improve team capabilities • Translate complex data into business value and influence organizational decision-making
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in data science • Proven track record of solving complex business problems using data • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to align data science projects with business objectives • Ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability • Ability to handle complex and unstructured data • Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Scikit-learn • Experience with SQL and large datasets • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure • Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark
