• Context: UNESCO UIL call for proposals to design a trainer-led course in Arabic on digital skills for literacy educators. • Course design and development for Moodle IFMA platform; live delivery plus asynchronous activities; 9–12 hours total; three modules. • Collaboration with UNESCO UIL, ANLCA; alignment with UNESCO's IFMA platform and adult learning principles. • Scope includes storyboard, content development, evaluation, and scale to offline formats; emphasis on gender mainstreaming and accessibility. • Provisions for submission of consolidated proposals by agencies; evaluation and external review before launch. • Duty Station: remote; contract start 8 Sep 2025; end 10 Dec 2025; deadline 21 Aug 2025.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Educational Technology, ICT for Development, or other related field • Proven experience in the field of learning technologies • Knowledge of learning models • Proficiency in learning management systems, hybrid/blended/self-paced learning engineering • Fundamental understanding and experience with HTML and CSS coding • Strong knowledge of MS Office and audio and video editing software • Similar experience in a UN agency or similar organization is an asset
