📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers • Provide technical support and expertise for Industrial Automation solutions • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for successful solution implementation • Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers • Stay updated with industry trends and provide improvement recommendations • Support customer efficiency, productivity, and safety through field service operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics • 2-3 years of proven experience in field service engineering Gas Detection and good knowledge of Gas detection instruments • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies • Experience in project management and execution • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships • Fluent in English and Italian languages
