📋 Description

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to exceed annual sales targets. • Drive new business development and expand existing customer relationships. • Promote Honeywell Fire & Life Safety solutions and build strong partnerships. • Identify, qualify, and close large project opportunities. • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts. • Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations. • Work closely with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or territory management • Strong understanding of building automation and energy solutions • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
