📋 Description

• Map existing workflows and identify automation opportunities. • Build integrations using tools such as Make, Zapier or n8n. • Connect CRM, marketing, support and internal business systems. • Create AI-assisted workflows using approved models and APIs. • Add validation, error handling, monitoring and human review. • Document workflow logic, permissions and dependencies. • Test automations before deployment. • Train users and provide ongoing support. • Monitor time saved, failure rates and business outcomes. • Follow security, privacy and data-governance requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience building production workflow automations. • Experience with APIs, webhooks and structured data such as JSON. • Familiarity with at least one automation platform. • Ability to understand and document business processes. • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills. • Understanding of responsible handling of customer and company data. • Experience with Python or JavaScript. • Familiarity with AI APIs, retrieval systems or AI agents. • Experience integrating CRM or support platforms. • Knowledge of authentication methods such as OAuth.
