📋 Description

• Assists with research, negotiation, development, and maintenance of managed care contracts • Assists in research, preparing analysis, and making observations and recommendations for contract documents • Coordinates contract maintenance and negotiations • Ensures contract documents are signed, saved and documented • Maintains contracts and contacts • Monitors email inquiries and provides responses • Assists in reviewing contract proposals for accuracy and completeness • Monitors contracts and recommends improvement opportunities • Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 4 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree • 1 to 2 years of contract related experience preferred • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Clear, effective communication skills • Detail oriented • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel • Excellent documentation and follow-up skills required
