📋 Description

• Design and execute comprehensive Security Awareness programs, including phishing simulations, social engineering campaigns, and behavioral risk assessments. • Conduct human risk analyses to identify the highest-risk behaviors, areas, and individuals, translating findings into targeted interventions. • Study and apply human behavior frameworks, such as cognitive biases and social influence, to create more effective security communications. • Serve as an internal security ambassador, presenting content at All Hands meetings, leadership forums, and cross-functional events with clarity and confidence. • Build metrics and dashboards to track program effectiveness, including click rates, reporting rates, and progress in behavioral change. • Collaborate with Human Resources, Communications, and Legal to embed a security culture into onboarding, performance cycles, and corporate communications. • Use AI tools to personalize training content, simulate attack scenarios, analyze behavioral patterns, and scale campaigns with measurable impact. • Identify new social engineering tactics and proactively update the awareness curriculum. • Develop content in multiple formats, such as videos, newsletters, interactive modules, and live sessions, tailored to different audiences. • Partner with the CSIRT to convert real incident data into anonymized case studies for awareness purposes. • Own the domain, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and driving execution autonomously.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and executing Security Awareness programs at scale. • Strong knowledge of human risk analysis and behavioral science applied to security. • Excellent public speaking skills and storytelling ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience with social engineering simulations, including phishing and vishing. • Ability to measure impact using data, KPIs, behavioral metrics, and program ROI. • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, personalization, and campaign analysis, with measurable results. • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify gaps and build solutions without constant direction. • Ownership mindset to proactively raise risks, influence stakeholders, and deliver results beyond formal scope. • Leadership and succession mindset, with willingness to mentor peers and grow into a team leadership role in the future. • Advanced English.
