📋 Description

• Support and evolve critical production applications • Monitor and ensure system health by acting proactively and preventively • Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, performing root cause analysis • Identify and eliminate recurring problems • Continuously improve observability, logs, metrics, and alerts • Support safe evolution of legacy systems with a focus on stability • Implement performance, resilience, and scalability improvements • Perform code reviews and fixes with a reliability focus • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Operations teams on technical prioritization • Support the use of automation and AI to increase operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with backend development in C# / .NET • Experience maintaining and evolving existing systems • Ability to read, understand, and refactor legacy code • Experience building and maintaining APIs • Experience with observability tools (Datadog, AppDynamics, or similar) • Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and tracing • Experience managing production incidents • Ability to conduct root cause analysis • Knowledge of resilience patterns (retry, circuit breaker, fallback, rate limiting) • Experience with version control (Git) • Knowledge of CI/CD • Experience with AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3) • Knowledge of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) • Familiarity with serverless architecture concepts • Experience with SQL Server • Ability to analyze and optimize queries • Experience with agile methodologies • Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and SRE practices • Strong experience with legacy production systems • Experience with highly complex, mission-critical systems • Bachelor's degree completed in a related field • Intermediate English
