📋 Description

• We are looking for a candidate for the position of Data Engineering Specialist II (Affirmative Action Position for Women) who wants to grow and learn, share, collaborate and innovate, delivering value to all our customers. • In this role you will: • We are seeking a Data Engineering Specialist II to lead the evolution of data products and analytical platforms, contributing to a strategic transformation agenda driven by data and artificial intelligence. • You will play a key role in building scalable data assets, supporting CRM, acquisition and engagement initiatives, and preparing the data ecosystem for the use of Generative AI and new personalization capabilities. • Serve as a technical reference in Data Engineering and Analytics across squads and area communities. • Build and evolve data products such as datasets, features and analytical assets. • Design, develop and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT). • Ensure data quality, governance, monitoring and traceability. • Structure data for analytical and operational consumption in batch and near real-time environments. • Evolve the data platform with a focus on reuse, standardization and scalability. • Integrate data with digital channels, CRM platforms and decision engines. • Support architecture definitions and data engineering standards. • Work in partnership with Product, Analytics, Engineering and CX teams, translating business needs into data solutions. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions and the dissemination of technical best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering or related areas. • Background in building and evolving data pipelines (ETL/ELT). • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python. • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure). • Knowledge of data modeling and analytical layers (SOR, SOT, SPEC or similar). • Experience in developing and maintaining data products in production. • Experience working in squads and multidisciplinary agile teams. • Ability to act strategically, influencing technical and business decisions. • Preferred qualifications • Experience with CRM platforms, personalization and digital journey tools. • Experience in large-scale, high-volume data environments. • Knowledge of Generative AI and preparing data for applications with LLMs and intelligent agents. • Experience with modern data architecture and analytical product design. • Language • Advanced English.
