📋 Description

• Deploy agents and automations to production in a stable manner and ensure sustainable scaling (consumption, credits and costs). • Apply governance without sacrificing speed: operate governed environments securely, quickly resolve technical failures and dependencies, and make decisions and architect solutions across cloud, AI and RPA, creating standards, telemetry and reusable assets. • Design and build robust, scalable cloud-based automations. • Create, evolve and maintain AI agents in production. • Release solutions in governed environments (Dev, Staging and Prod). • Monitor consumption, failures, performance and the operational health of solutions. • Evaluate and implement RPA when APIs or connectors are not available. • Handle technical incidents promptly and remove impediments. • Document standards, playbooks and reusable best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows). • Experience with Copilot Studio. • Knowledge of AI Builder. • Experience with Power Platform in governed environments. • Experience with data governance tools focused on information security. • Experience in results/performance management. • Experience preparing executive-level presentations. • Experience in process automation (Power Automate / RPA). • Experience creating and sustaining AI agents. • Experience with Power Platform in governed environments (Dev, Staging and Prod). • Knowledge of observability and monitoring for automations. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or Systems Analysis.
