📋 Description

• You will join the Finance Cognitive Platform Engineering team, responsible for building and evolving AI solutions that support financial decision-making at scale at Itaú Unibanco. • Develop agents and skills using LangGraph (or the currently used framework). • Implement versioning, deployment, and rollback pipelines for agents. • Create and maintain an agents catalog/registry with metadata, ownership, and policies. • Instrument agents with tracing and quality metrics via Datadog (latency, hallucination, feedback). • Collaborate with business areas to translate requirements into cognitive capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python (the primary language of the agents ecosystem). • Practical experience with LLMs: integrating with model APIs (Bedrock, OpenAI) and applied prompt engineering. • Agent architecture: flows with tool-calling, subagents, context management, and memory. • Software engineering: testing agents (deterministic tests + LLM-as-judge evaluations), CI/CD, and semantic versioning. • AWS: ECS (current runtime), S3, DynamoDB or similar for state/memory. • Observability: Datadog APM, tracing of LLM calls (LangSmith or Datadog LLM Observability integration). • RAG: chunking, embeddings, and retrieval strategies. • Context engineering: context window optimization, compression, and prioritization. • Multi-Agent Systems: orchestration, delegation, and communication protocols. • Familiarity with the financial domain (accounting close, financial analyses).
