📋 Description

• Lead strategic projects aimed at evolving the customer service experience. • Monitor and control Key Results (KRs) and KPIs to improve operational management. • Identify opportunities, generate insights, and lead the execution of initiatives with the commercial team. • Lead and coordinate strategic agendas with executives.
