📋 Description

• Evolve and modernize business-critical applications in Global Markets • Design and implement scalable, resilient solutions • Develop backend applications with a focus on quality, performance and security • Act as a technical reference for the team, promoting engineering best practices • Drive automation, observability initiatives and reduction of technical debt • Apply AI-based development accelerators to increase productivity and efficiency • Bridge architecture, technology and business strategy to deliver value • Contribute to strategic, high-impact business products

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in backend development • Experience with distributed architectures and microservices • Knowledge of .NET, Python and AWS cloud • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases • Experience working in agile, collaborative environments • Analytical mindset, strong ownership and results-oriented • Interest in innovation, Artificial Intelligence and technological transformation • Preferred: experience in the financial market or with investment products • Preferred: AWS certifications • Preferred: experience with GenAI, prompt engineering and AI-based development acceleration tools • Preferred: knowledge of Angular and JavaScript
