• Solid experience as a Tech Lead or technical reference in full-stack squads, with a focus on front-end • Advanced knowledge of modern application architectures, including Micro Frontends and BFF (Backend for Frontend) • Experience building digital journeys • Consumption and evolution of Design Systems (e.g., Plataforma 360) • Accessibility, responsiveness and user experience • Experience with API and BFF integrations: contract modeling, call orchestration and front-end performance optimization • Knowledge of AWS for web applications: CloudFront, S3, API Gateway and Lambda • Experience in interface design (UI/UX) and delivery strategies, caching and content distribution • Knowledge of decoupled, event-driven architectures and best practices such as Twelve-Factor and DDD • Strong front-end development experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular or similar) • Automated testing (unit, integration and end-to-end) • Focus on performance, security and scalability • Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation (GitHub, Jenkins or similar) • Experience with observability and code quality tools: Datadog, CloudWatch, Splunk, Sonar • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) • Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
