📋 Description

• Lead the engineering strategy and execution for HR products with heavy use of AI (machine learning, NLP, intelligent automation, etc.) • Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams (engineering, data, product) • Translate HR business challenges into scalable technological solutions • Drive modernization of legacy systems toward modern architectures (cloud, APIs, microservices) • Work closely with People teams to redesign journeys (recruiting, onboarding, performance, engagement, etc.) • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement • Design and implement digital products centered on the employee experience • Evaluate, implement and integrate new HR technologies and platforms • Ensure governance, ethics and responsible use of AI applied to people

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering and technical leadership with Java programming • Familiarity with core AWS services • Experience with Artificial Intelligence projects • Knowledge of modern system architectures (cloud, APIs, microservices) • Previous experience with LLMs and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Bedrock or similar) • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset • Hands-on, innovative profile with strategic thinking • Previous experience with HR systems and People Analytics • Communication and influencing skills with diverse stakeholders • Experience in agile, product-oriented environments • Experience in digital transformation projects and/or technology implementations
