📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of HR systems with a focus on AI-based solutions • Identify opportunities for digital transformation in processes such as recruiting, performance, engagement, learning and people analytics • Act as a bridge between HR, IT and business areas, translating needs into scalable solutions • Design and implement digital products centered on the employee experience • Define architecture and development standards for agents (AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, etc.) • Use data to generate strategic insights and support organizational decision-making • Evaluate, implement and integrate new HR technologies and platforms • Ensure governance, ethics and responsible use of AI applied to people

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience programming in Java, including developing robust and scalable applications. • Familiarity with key AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, among others, and the ability to implement cloud-based solutions. • Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to business, engineering best practices and prompt engineering. • Prior experience with LLMs and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Bedrock or similar). • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. • Solid software engineering experience (APIs, microservices, distributed architecture). • Ability to navigate between technical and business areas. • Innovative, hands-on profile with strategic thinking. • Experience with advanced People Analytics. • Knowledge of automation tools and generative AI. • Experience working in agile environments.
