📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintaining heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider service area • Participating in the on-call service to provide customers with rapid support • Working in the Düsseldorf region to promote sustainable energy solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC technician (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building services electrician, or electrician/electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, or ventilation technology • Valid refrigerant handling certificate • Valid Category B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude • Strong customer focus • Willingness to travel
