📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators • Service-oriented advice to our customers from heating companies, both by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service within the extended area of your service region • Taking on on-call duties to assist our customers as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as heating/plumbing systems mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building services, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally with further qualification as a master craftsman or technician • Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration or HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) • Possession of a refrigerant handling certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage • Valid driving license (Class B) • Good German language skills, written and spoken
