📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider service area • Participating in on-call duty to provide customers with assistance as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (SHK) systems, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate required; Category 2 certificate is an advantage • Valid Category B driving licence • Good spoken and written German • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel • Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for heating solutions
