📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators • Provide service-oriented technical advice to our heating-company customers by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction • Support your colleagues in field service across the wider area of your deployment region • Participate in on-call duty to provide rapid assistance to our customers • Commission, maintain and troubleshoot heat pumps in the Eifel region

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC technician / Anlagenmechaniker SHK, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electrical technician for energy and building systems, or electrician/electrical installer) • Further qualification as a Meister (master craftsman) or certified technician is desirable • Professional experience in customer/field service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC • Mandatory refrigeration handling certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is advantageous • Valid driving license (Class B) • Good German language skills, spoken and written • Technical aptitude and interest in heating solutions • Strong customer orientation • Willingness to travel
