📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators • Service-oriented advice to our customers from heating companies, both by phone and on site, to ensure customer satisfaction • Support your colleagues in the technical field service within an extended radius of your deployment area • Participation in on-call duty to assist our customers as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant vocational qualification as an HVAC (SHK) system mechanic, mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrician/installer; ideally further training as a master craftsman (Meister) or certified technician • Professional experience in field/customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Possession of a refrigeration/F-gas certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage • Valid driving license Class B • Good command of German, spoken and written
