📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps for end customers and system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating contractors by phone and in person • Supporting colleagues in the technical field service team across the wider service area • Participating in the on-call service rota to provide customers with support as quickly as possible • Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of heat pumps

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a systems mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer • Ideally, further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage • Valid Class B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer focus and willingness to travel
