📋 Description

• Actively acquire new customers and expand the customer network in the region • Analyze the sales territory using modern software tools to identify revenue potential • Support the entire sales process, from needs analysis and quotation preparation through order fulfillment • Develop into the primary point of contact for customers • Present innovative products, systems, and service solutions during customer sales meetings • Analyze market and competitive developments with sales colleagues • Build long-term, successful customer relationships • Conduct field sales in the Hannover or Braunschweig area

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in HVAC, plumbing, and heating (SHK), electrical engineering, or a comparable field • Strong sales orientation and a passion for customer acquisition and selling are essential • Initial practical experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage • Business-fluent German language skills • Willingness to travel regularly • Residence in the sales territory • Strong communication skills, initiative, and persuasive abilities • Sales talent with a passion for customer acquisition and selling
