📋 Description

• Identify and approach new customers and actively expand the customer network in the region • Analyze the sales territory using modern software tools and identify opportunities to increase revenue • Support the entire sales process, from needs analysis and quotation preparation through to order fulfillment • Develop into the primary point of contact for customers • Present innovative product, system, and service developments during customer meetings • Analyze market and competitor developments with sales colleagues • Build long-term, successful customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in HVAC or electrical engineering, commercial training with a focus on sales, or a relevant university degree • Strong affinity for sales and a passion for customer acquisition and selling • Initial practical experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage • Willingness to acquire technical fundamentals in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and energy technology • Business-fluent German language skills • English language skills at B2 level • Willingness to travel regularly • Residence within the sales territory • Excellent communication skills, initiative, and persuasiveness
