📋 Description

• Manage and develop a new customer base in Western Germany • Actively acquire new customers in the HVAC sector, focusing on modern air-conditioning technology and climate-control system solutions • Provide technical customer consultation from the initial inquiry through project implementation and handover to project delivery • Design systems and solutions in coordination with internal specialist departments • Prepare, calculate, and follow up on quotations • Conduct contract and price negotiations • Maintain and document all sales activities in the Salesforce CRM system • Monitor the market and competition within the sales territory • Work closely with Engineering, Service, and Project Delivery • Expand sales in Western Germany through active customer acquisition and the sustainable development of existing customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in sales or a comparable role in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology • Sound technical knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems • Experience in customer support and project-based work • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook • Structured, independent, and results-oriented approach to work • Strong communication and negotiation skills • High customer focus and a professional manner • Very good command of German, both written and spoken • Category B driving licence • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM systems • Knowledge of the regional market in Western Germany • Experience in quotation controlling
