📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in combined education and professional experience. • Two or more years of experience in a related industry or business function required. • Ideally selling to grocers, natural food stores or coops. • Ability to proactively recognize, plan for and overcome obstacles and objections during the sales process. • Demonstrated ability to effectively prospect and execute lead generation strategies. • Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills. • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a record of safe and competent driving. • Ability to quickly learn and retain industry and ECRS specific product knowledge. • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Active listener and ability to empathize with customers. • Integrity in all dealings both internally and externally. • Resiliency and maintaining a positive mental attitude.
