📋 Description

• Ensure operational excellence and drive the success of partnerships in banking and digital assets • Professionally and solution-focused handling of customer inquiries via the ticketing system • Support onboarding and offboarding of institutional clients and partners • Support strategic client projects together with the COO and Head of Operations • Execute and optimize processes for crypto securities registry administration and custody • Perform operational processes within Partner Management / Customer Success Management • Support implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA) and assist with BaFin licensing procedures and audits

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in business operations or project management at financial institutions • Basic understanding of and strong interest in digital assets and blockchain technologies • Strong process orientation and a compliance mindset • Quick comprehension and pragmatic execution skills • Willingness to take responsibility and manage complex processes precisely from start to finish • Strong relationship-building skills and empathetic engagement with professional clients • Good organizational and communication skills • Interest in DLT trends and motivation for continuous professional development • Business-fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
