📋 Description

• Learn therapist-interface workflows, become familiar with the architecture, and ship initial improvements during the first three months • Own larger full-stack features from requirements shaping through implementation, testing, release, and iteration • Build and improve features across the Ruby on Rails backend and React and TypeScript frontend • Make technical implementation decisions about code structure, testing approaches, and incremental refactoring • Decide how to break down and deliver work within agreed priorities and engineering standards • Lead technical recommendations affecting shared architecture, other teams, or delivery commitments • Improve the therapist experience and the reliability and maintainability of the software • Collaborate with Product, Design, four engineers, and a UX/UI Designer

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience building and operating web applications in production • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails • Experience with React and modern TypeScript • Strong understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL • Strong understanding of APIs and testing • Ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and make sound technical trade-offs • Product mindset focused on intended outcomes • Judgement and independence to take work from an initial problem through to production • Professional working proficiency in English
