📋 Description

• Own complete features from conception and implementation through deployment and operations • Develop scalable, maintainable applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS • Design clean architectures, modular systems, and APIs with a focus on performance, security, and stability • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows, for example with GitHub Actions • Ensure automated testing, code review processes, and stable deployment strategies • Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability • Take on project leadership responsibilities, including requirements structuring, task prioritization, coordination, and schedule tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer working on production web applications • Very strong foundation in TypeScript and modern JavaScript ecosystems • Experience designing and evolving large codebases with clear standards for structure and quality • Comfortable working with distributed systems, multiple environments, and reliable release processes • Experience balancing quality, speed, and complexity in response to real-world product requirements • Experience providing technical guidance to developers, including mentoring, feedback, and constructive code reviews • Clear, structured communication, including when explaining complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders • Self-directed, dependable approach to work and a strong commitment to quality
