• Provide in-person support to Class Members with information, resources, and assistance completing their claims forms • Build and maintain relationships with local communities • Assist claimants in filling out their claims forms • Participate in training sessions and self-directed learning • Carry out work in accordance with established health and safety protocols
• Bilingual in French and English required • Three or more years of work experience with Indigenous peoples and communities • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, CRM systems, and database platforms • Ability to work professionally in an Indigenous language is an asset • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
